Badshot Lea Tennis Club is now participating in the Rally Allies program. Pride in Tennis, in partnership with the LTA is dedicated to opening tennis up to everyone, irrespective of an individual’s sexuality or gender identity. The Club hopes to reduce barriers faced by LGBTQ+ people when seeking to engage in tennis.
BLTC will be holding their first Pride in Tennis afternoon on Sunday 27 July 1-4pm. The Club welcomes everyone, especially from the LGBTQ+ community to this fun free afternoon event. Please come along, dress up in bright pride colours and try tennis for free to show your support and be part of the celebrations. Refreshments will be provided and with enough support we hope to hold a short tennis challenge.
